Live Animal Shipping

All live animals are shipped using Federal Express overnight shipping.  The cost is $60 regardless of the quantity of animals that are ordered.  Live animals are shipped only Tuesday through Thursday.  We ship only inside the United States.

Please be certain that someone will be there to sign for your package or the guarantee is void.

We ship to your door where the weather is greater than 45 degrees and less than 85 degrees Fahrenheit.   You can request hold for pickup for your package if weather is a concern.

Animal & Product Photos

The pictures we use are representative of the animals and products and may not be the actual animal you are purchasing.  We will mention in the ad if it is that particular animal you are purchasing.

 

Returns

No returns on animals.  Returns on dry goods in unopened packaging at buyers expense only.

 

Guarantee

We offer a live arrival guarantee on animals as long as the buyer (or a representative for the buyer) is present for the delivery.  Without a signature, the guarantee is void.  

If you request a hold for pick up, the package must be picked up within 4 hours at that facility or the live arrival guarantee is void.

If you enter an invalid delivery address, the live arrival guarantee is void.

If temperatures are below 45 degrees Fahrenheit or above 85 degrees Fahrenheit, the live arrival guarantee is void.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed or mishandled by the carrier.

You must contact us within 4 hours of receiving your shipment if there is an issue.  You can contact us through e-mail or phone.  You will be asked to provide photographs of the animal.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges each way if supplies are returned for any reason.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all federal, state and local regulations regarding the animals that are purchased from us.

We are not responsible for bites, scratches, stings or other injuries inflicted by any of the animals that are purchased from us.

We are not responsible for the transmission to humans or other animals of bacteria, viruses or parasites in any of the animals that are purchased from us.

We do not guarantee animals to be “tame” or “handle-able.”
